DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure
TLC Scripts, a DBA of J&G Unlimited, LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same respect in return.
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law. When we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material in question and will make a good-faith effort to notify the person who submitted the affected material so they may respond with a counter-notification if appropriate.
Content on Third-Party Websites
Please note that we can only address content that appears on websites or platforms we own or control.
If material you believe to be infringing is hosted on a third-party website, you will need to contact the administrator of that website directly. We do not have the ability to remove content from sites we do not operate.
Before You Submit a Notice
DMCA notices and counter-notifications carry legal implications.
You may wish to consult with an attorney to better understand your rights and obligations under the DMCA. The information below is provided to explain our process and does not constitute legal advice.
Submitting a DMCA Notice of Infringing Material
If you believe that material appearing on a website owned or controlled by J&G Unlimited, LLC infringes your copyright, please send us a written notification that includes the following information:
- Sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
Examples include title, author, registration number, or URL. - Sufficient detail to identify and locate the allegedly infringing material.
For example, a direct link to the page where the material appears. - Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Submitting a Counter-Notification
If material you posted on a website owned or controlled by J&G Unlimited, LLC has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notification must include the following:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in the judicial district where your address is located, or if you reside outside the United States, any judicial district in which J&G Unlimited, LLC may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
