Performance Rights / Production License terms accepted at checkout
Product-specific terms shown on the relevant product page
Shipping, delivery, and pricing terms shown during checkout

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific purchase or license agreement you accept at checkout, the purchase/license terms control for that transaction.

(Note: your Performance Rights/Production License draft uses arbitration. It’s okay for the site Terms to use courts and the license to use arbitration, but if you want everything consistent, we can align them.)
