POLICY STATEMENT: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE USAGE Revision Date: March 2026
1. PURPOSE: To define the ethical and legal boundaries for the use of Generative AI (LLMs, Image Generators) within [Company Name].
2. PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: * No script, score, or proprietary creative work licensed by [Company Name] (including works from TLC Scripts) shall be uploaded into “Public” AI models.

Users must ensure “Chat History & Training” is disabled in settings before inputting sensitive production data.
3. HUMAN-CENTRIC CREATIVITY: * AI may be used for brainstorming, research, and administrative drafting.

AI shall not be used to replace the primary creative output of a Human Artist (e.g., writing the script, composing the score, or designing the final set) without express written consent from the Board.
4. DISCLOSURE: Any marketing material or program art significantly generated by AI must include a small attribution line: “Assisted by AI Technology.”
